Wim Hof Breathing Is Awesome! I went from a 30 second breath hold to a 2 minutes breath hold.
My friend Friday Vassar just introduced me to Wim Hof breathing on breakdiving.io As a way to reduce stress and free the mind. I gave it a try. WOW!
Not only did it clear my mind, and make me feel like I could easily tackle the day, but... so strange. I went from being able to hold my breath for 30 seconds to holding it for a full 2 minutes.
Even more wild? After the 2-minute breath hold... I wasn't out of breath. I didn't have to catch my breath at all. I just resumed normal breathing.
